Then: Level 3 Personal Trainer

Qualifies you to train clients one-to-one. Most PTs go self-employed inside a gym — your clients, your diary, £25–40 a session.

The ceiling: your own brand

Online coaching, your own studio, group programmes. Lived experience of turning your life around is not a liability in this trade — it's the sales pitch.

Route to self-employment
