Does it work if I live abroad for good?
Yes. The line works in every country we sell, for as long as you keep it. It never needs to come back to the UK.
Will the prison allow it?
It is a normal UK landline number. It goes on their phone list like any other. They check it first. No rule says how long that takes.
What happens when my minutes run out?
Calls will not connect until your month renews, unless you switch on top-ups. We email you at 80%, so it never comes as a surprise.
Can I upgrade later?
Any time. Pay the difference and the extra minutes are yours the same day. Going down waits for your renewal, so you keep what you paid for.
Does it use my data?
No. Data is off on this line, so it cannot run up a roaming bill. Your own SIM carries on as normal.
