Does it take one?
Open the phone app. Dial *#06#. If you see an EID, it takes an eSIM.
A locked phone will not take it. Phones sold in the UK since December 2021 come unlocked.

Do I need a new phone?
No, if yours takes an eSIM. Most phones from the last six years do. Dial *#06#. If you see an EID, it does.
Does it change my own number?
No. Yours stays as it is. The landline number sits beside it as a second line.
Do I need wifi or data?
Only to add it. After that each call is a normal call to your phone.
Can I put it on two phones?
No. One number, one phone. Moving it to a new phone is one email to us.
What does the eSIM cost?
Nothing on top. The plan is £20 a month. The eSIM is part of it.
