Your name. Your email address. Your postcode if you gave it. The name of the prison, only if you told us. That tells us which prisons approve numbers. It helps us plan what to hold. Stripe takes payments. We never see or store your card number.

For each call we store when it started and how long it lasted. Not to bill you. Minutes are unlimited. It tells us what the service costs us. It helps us spot faults. We store nothing else about the call.

We never record calls. We cannot listen to them. Audio passes through and is gone. We store nothing about the person inside. No name. No prisoner number. No relationship to you. The prison runs its own call recording under its own rules. That is theirs, not ours.

We count page views on the public pages. That tells us which guides help and whether an advert worked. It is anonymous. No cookies. No profile. Nothing that follows you to another website. We cannot tell one visitor from another.

It is switched off on the signed-in pages. That is your dashboard and your account. Those are yours. Counting them would teach us nothing worth having.

Stripe takes payments. IQ Mobile connects the calls. Neon holds the database. Vercel hosts the site. Resend sends email. Magrathea holds the landline numbers. Each gets the minimum it needs. We never sell data. We never share it for advertising. We never hand it to anyone not entitled to it by law.

Your account data is deleted 90 days after your subscription ends. Invoices live longer inside Stripe. Tax law says they must.

UK GDPR applies. Email us and we will show you what we hold. We will correct it or delete it. Same day where we can. Within a month at most. Not happy with us? You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
