What the plan includes
Every plan includes 1,500 minutes a month of calls to your Ringyard number's mobile — about 49 minutes a day. On a family pack the minutes are shared across all three numbers, because the person inside shares one spending cap however many people they ring.
What happens if you go over
Extra minutes cost 3.6p each including VAT (3p + VAT) on your next bill. That is the whole consequence. Calls keep connecting exactly as before.
We email you when you have used 80% of the month's minutes, so the extra charge is never a surprise.
The thing we will never do
We will never cut off a call in progress, and we will never switch your number off for using it too much without talking to you first. A dead line reads to the person inside as being cut off by their family. We price so that we never have to be the reason that happens.
What this service is for
One number, one household, receiving calls from one person inside. It is not for resale, for call centres, or for routing anyone else's traffic. If usage looks like a business rather than a family — sustained volumes no household reaches — we will contact you before anything changes.

£23.99 a month including VAT (£19.99 + VAT), or £238.80 for the year. One number per account for now — the family pack is coming soon. No joining fee, no late fee, no fee to leave.
