Deleting the eSIM from the phone removes the profile. It does not give the landline number away. Email us. We send a new code.
What to do
Write to us from the address we already have for you. Say the eSIM is gone. We issue a fresh install code. The old one stops. Your landline number does not change.
Lost phone
Tell us. We switch the eSIM off. The number stays yours. When you have a new phone, we send a new code.
New phone
Same path. One email. One new code. The old profile stops so it cannot sit on two phones.
